Tasks

-Develop competitive bids that meet customer needs and align with company strategy. -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions. -Support sales and application engineers during customer evaluations. -Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify and evaluate potential suppliers. -Analyze market trends and customer requirements to optimize proposals. -Lead technical and financial reviews to ensure bid quality and compliance. -Track tender outcomes and recommend improvements for future success. -Identify and mitigate risks throughout the tendering process. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering or estimations for systems and projects. -Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical). -Strong knowledge of products and systems in renewables and energy storage. -Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. -Strong collaboration and communication skills. -Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
