The Role

Overview

Construct and maintain electrical lines up to 33kV/110kV, ensuring safety and compliance.

Tasks

-Assist with work plans and ensure that relevant field paperwork is completed as necessary -The installation and replacement of electricity network pole / tower structures and overhead conductors -Overhauling non-load-bearing pole hardware in electrical networks up to 110kV -Assisting with work plans and ensure that relevant field paperwork is completed as necessary -The installation and replacement of electricity network pole structures and overhead conductors. -The operation of ground and structure mounted electrical equipment associated with electric lines up to 33kV

What You Bring

-A valid Class 2 driver’s license OR Class 4 driver’s license -Current NZ EWRB registration licence would be preferred -At least two years of solid work experience under your belt -Ability to communicate and work under minimum supervision.
