Role

Description

  • Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and budget management, ensuring accuracy and accountability throughout all phases.
  • Support the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to meet project goals.
  • Assist in resolving project challenges related to materials, labor, and contract administration.
  • Participate in the management of subcontractors, suppliers, and key partners to ensure timely and cost-effective performance.
  • Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain oversight of equipment, vehicle, and tool management for assigned work areas.
  • Help prepare and review change orders, RFIs, and documentation to support ongoing project operations.
  • Oversee safety and quality control measures, maintaining compliance with project and company standards.
