What You Bring

-Prior assembly experience in aerospace industry -Self-motivated to learn -Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. -Computer proficiency -High School diploma, GED or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. -Commitment – Committed to ensuring that Eaton remains successful and competitive through personal commitment to their job. Is flexible, adaptable and demonstrates a willingness to change. Has good attendance record from both an absenteeism and punctuality perspective. -Ability to work from written and verbal instructions -This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. -Lifting requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (group lifts over 35lbs) -Attention to detail -Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time -Eaton will consider for employment, qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the FCIHO. -Job Knowledge – Learns and masters the required job skills in their current position. -Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. -Understanding of blueprints -Mechanical aptitude -Communication/Teamwork – Effectively communicates and works to build relationships with people within and/or outside own department. Works effectively in a diverse environment, respecting different ideas, perspectives, and values of others on teams, as well as within own department and in general day-to-day interactions.
