From MEP integration to final commissioning, you’ll be the driving force that ensures each facility meets exacting technical and performance standards. -Pathways toward senior leadership in operations, preconstruction, or program management -7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a track record in mission-critical environments -Deep working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, CRAC units, switchgear, BMS) -Based in Chicagoland or open to relocation for a long-term role -Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or P6 -Demonstrated success in full interior buildouts and commissioning oversight
