-An experienced project manager who can deliver multiple strategic and high-profile initiatives. -Have a proven track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders in an operational environment on confidential and challenging issues. -A good knowledge and experience of talent mapping and succession planning. -Proven experience of complex workforce planning within a large matrix organisation. -Knowledge of employee engagement. -Strong experience of strategic workforce planning
