Tasks

-Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation across the organization and support the development of new ideas. -Project Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of technology implementation projects, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value. -Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to assess the performance and impact of current and potential technology solutions. -Strategic Recommendations: Provide high-level, actionable recommendations based on analysis to improve business processes and technology adoption. -Strategic Technology Research: Lead comprehensive research on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation. -Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior management to ensure technology strategies align with business objectives. -Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with new technologies. -Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

What You Bring

-AI Technology: Experience with AI technology is a must. -Project Management: Proven experience in leading and managing technology projects from inception to completion. -Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. -Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP)) are a plus. -Experience: 5+ years of experience in technology analysis, IT support, or a related role, with a significant portion of that experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred. -Stylish TCC logo attire provided. -Analytical Expertise: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights. -Advanced Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello). -Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems with innovative solutions. -Creativity and Innovation: Strong ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. -Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. -Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, and their applications in business.
