Overview
Assist with finance tasks, data management, invoicing, and reporting for engineering projects

Tasks
-Support various project tasks including regulatory requirements, research and problem solving, and system support -May work on reporting, reviewing contracts, and spreadsheet creation -Collaborate with cross-functional teams by focusing on improvement initiatives -Perform data entry, data management, data evaluation, and data presentation -Support the preparation of reports, plans and specifications for client group -Learn the invoicing and project accountant roles -Gain an understanding of how to set up projects, invoice clients, and close out projects

What You Bring
-Has excellent verbal and written communication skills -Possesses strong problem-solving skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) -Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, HR or related field -Minimum GPA of 3.0 -Must be at least 18 years old -Willingness to contribute ideas and offer opinions -Self-motivated, detail orientated person
