Tasks

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for driving the growth of our NSW customer base through the execution of our Trade Sales strategy. You’ll be tasked with uncovering opportunities within businesses (existing and new customers) and growing percentage share of wallet within the Trade segment of the Silicone, Sealants & Adhesives industry. -Autonomous role offering the opportunity to take ownership and execute on the Selleys Trade Sales strategy for the state

What You Bring

As a high performing and experienced Sales professional, you will have the natural ability to build effective relationships with Trade Distributors to generate profitable sales revenue by leveraging your experience in sales, account management and new business acquisition. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Trade Sales role or hands-on Trade application -Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills and exposure to using sales CRMs -Willingness to travel across the state, as required -Strong analytical mindset, with a natural ability to problem-solve, investigate issues, and develop practical solutions. -Exceptional communication and influencing skills -Proven ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into clear, strategic actions to achieve sales budgets, targets, and broader business objectives -Technical expertise in the application and performance of silicones, sealants, and adhesives in trade environments
