Tasks

-Develop mechanical designs for plumbing systems in multifamily and residential projects. -For multi-unit projects, support both plumbing and HVAC design. -Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure designs meet practical construction requirements. -Apply basic electrical knowledge as needed for mechanical system integration. -Support the preparation of submittals, specifications, and project documentation. -Assist with coordination of designs and construction drawings.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. -Familiarity with plumbing systems; HVAC knowledge a plus for multifamily projects. -Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. -Basic understanding of electrical systems is helpful. -Experience in residential or multi-unit/multifamily construction preferred.
