WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

Tasks

-Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image -Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies -Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services -Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property -Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials -Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of -Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

What You Bring

-1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred -Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more -IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred -2-4 years of Construction experience preferred -Valid driver’s license -Speaking English is not a requirement of the position, but you must be eligible to work in the US. -High school diploma or equivalent required -2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred -Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers -Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
