To prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and financial reports for construction projects, ensuring cost control and supporting tendering, contracting, and project execution processes. -Assess variations and claims and provide financial impact analyses. -Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports. -Prepare payment applications and support in contract administration. -Analyze tender documents, evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. -Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. -Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams to ensure accurate quantities and budgets.
