-Oversee budget forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking -Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives -Guide implementation of safety, quality, and risk management programs -Manage preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, scheduling, and buyout -Lead data center, manufacturing, and mission-critical projects up to $100M+ in value -Provide field leadership during project execution and contribute to business development pursuits -Foster strong working relationships with clients, trade partners, and design teams -Stewardship: Supporting both team members and the broader community. -Mentor project staff, promote accountability, and drive professional development -Ensure full compliance with company standards for documentation and project delivery

This individual will oversee full project lifecycles and lead teams in a collaborative, people-focused environment that values accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys mentoring others, and has a proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects safely, efficiently, and profitably. -Minimum 7 years of GC project management experience, preferably in large-scale commercial or technical projects -Proven history leading data center or complex MEP-intensive builds -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills -Proficient in construction management platforms such as Procore, MS Project, or P6 -Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and subcontractor management
