The Role
Overview
Handle leasing, front‑desk services and property administration for DIFC properties.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Manage meeting room bookings. -Prepare reports on parking, leases, and other property-related operations -Conduct site visits for new and existing tenants. -Collect payments for coffee cards. -Perform KYC for clients, including updating trade licenses, passport copies, and other relevant documents. -Issue invoices for new leases and renewals and manage payment collection. -Manage all documentation, including NOCs, memos, and cheque retrievals. -Issue breach notices to defaulting tenants. -Handle the full administrative process for new leases and lease renewals. -Allocate and manage car parking spaces. -Register leases with DIFC RORP for new agreements and renewals. -Resolve issues related to DIFC RORP or RERA as they arise. -Issue new access cards and provide fingerprint access.

-Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy -Hands-on experience in diverse property and client management processes. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members -Familiarity with leasing regulations and market trends is advantageous -Strong organizational and multitasking skills. -Experience in real estate, property management, or administrative roles is a plus -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems. -Previous experience in property management, leasing, or front desk administration is preferred. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
