Tasks

-Ensure that design deliverables are integrated, aligned, and meet project requirements, schedules, and budgets. -Manage and coordinate the design development process across multiple disciplines, which includes stations, depots, rail systems and infrastructure, underground structures and other transport solutions (Bus, RTS, mobility). -Assist with the evaluation of RFP proposals and provide necessary support to the Transport Business Unit (TBU). -Ensure the implementation and management of a Common Data Environment (CDE) to international standards, utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). -Implement BIM procedures in line with ISO 19650 standards during design, construction, and handover phases. -Contribute to object library development in alignment with the wider digital infrastructure strategy. -Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate smart technologies (e.g., IoT, data analytics, and automation) into cableway operations. -Oversee the assurance and quality checking of the information model and support 4D and 5D construction sequencing and cost strategies. -Aid in the production of drawings and sketches as required by the team. -Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the cableway system remains at the cutting edge of digital innovation. -Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for digital initiatives within the cableway system. -Provide support to third parties to understand project requirements and ensure effective collaboration. -Provide support to project teams in setting up and maintaining BIM projects, including training on databases, data analysis, and COBie production. -Oversee the user experience design process, ensuring services meet and exceed visitor expectations. -Design and implement digital solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and safety of the cableway system. -Facilitate design coordination meetings and workshops to resolve technical issues and ensure effective communication among teams. -Utilize data to develop insights and actionable recommendations for performance improvements and service enhancements. -Lead the digital strategy for the cableway transportation system, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and user experience.

What You Bring

-Experience in data-driven decision-making, 4D/5D construction sequencing, and cost strategies using information models. -Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines. -Proficiency in design and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, Primavera P6). -Skilled in managing teams and delivering results in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment. -Proficiency in enterprise-level project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Aconex. -Proven experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies. -Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery processes, including design, procurement, and construction. -Minimum of 10+ years of experience in BIM roles, preferably within transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects. -Knowledge of current computer applications for engineering and design including appropriate knowledge of CAD (both 2-D and 3-D) e.g., AutoCAD, MS Word and Excel for managing design reviews -Proven track record of coordinating and delivering large scale projects. -Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. -Must be able to review and understand project documents for technical accuracy and quality to ensure adherence to project plan. -Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in transportation systems. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. -Knowledge of relevant codes and standards pertinent to the discipline and project location. -A professional license from a recognized licensing or registration board. -Proactive and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to align stakeholders around a common vision. -Advanced knowledge of COBie production and assurance processes. -Highly motivated individual with strong organizational, leadership and project management skills. -Thorough knowledge of discipline engineering techniques, the design of engineered systems and design calculations. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences. -Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent technical writing skills as well as oral and written communication skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Demonstrate positive workplace behaviors in line with Qiddiya values and contribute to the successful delivery of digital projects. -Proven experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and traditional frameworks. -Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. -Understanding of the roles played by other departments on projects including basic construction practices and the economics involved. -Proficiency in BIM processes, ISO 19650 standards, and tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Aconex for Common Data Environment (CDE) management. -Certification in BIM Management or equivalent, with strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
