What You Bring

-Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, or expert systems is a strong plus -Experience with knowledge base platforms, content management systems, or semantic data modelling is desirable -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Minimum of 5 years of experience in wind turbine technology, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and maintenance practices -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams -'Proven experience in knowledge management, particularly in environments involving AI or digital tools -Understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to wind turbine operations and safety -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex technical information clearly and logically
