Tasks

-Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. -Contribute to quality assurance audits and continuous improvement of processes. -Engage with employers, sector bodies and stakeholders to support product development and promotion. -Create high-quality support and resource materials. -Maintain and review the product portfolio to ensure currency, quality and viability. -Identify opportunities for new product development and report progress to the Product Development Manager. -Lead and coordinate project teams and external subject specialists. -Design, develop and review products using NOCN processes and project management methods. -Ensure assessments meet regulatory requirements and uphold Equality, Diversity and Inclusion standards.

What You Bring

-Experience in product development within education, qualifications, apprenticeships or assessment and engineering. -Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. -Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects. -Knowledge of regulatory or sector requirements is desirable.
