Tasks

-Coordinate with contractors, client reps, and stakeholders. -Support reporting, documentation, and lessons learned. -Conduct site inspections and enforce a strong safety culture. -Ensure compliance with HSE Plans, RAMS, and ITPs. -Supervise onshore construction: trenching, HDD, ducting, joint bays, reinstatement.

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Onshore Site Supervisor to manage civil construction and land cable installation works. You’ll oversee site operations, HSE compliance, and contractor coordination, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget, and quality standards. -Knowledge of CDM Regulations, SR-188, and BS 5975. -First Aid or Mental Health First Aid (advantageous). -Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Eligible to work in the UK. -5+ years’ site supervision or management experience on major civil/cable projects. -Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred). -Certifications: SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, TWC/TWS (BS 5975).
