Tasks

-Collaborate with Project Manager in maximizing execution of projects by coordinating task assignment in Cora PPM -Communicates issues with Project Manager on a timely basis. -Assist in development of training and mentoring plans -Attend and actively participate in turnover meetings, Pre bid meetings and other meetings deemed important to the job. -Provide input to the Project Manager as to when resources will be needed on the project. This will include graphics, programming and technical checkout as required. -Develop Mentoring plans and continuously train new and current FE’s. -Coordinate project schedule with electrical subcontractors and other trades to maintain schedule. Maintain continuous communications with FE’s, Project Managers, Customers and other trades to ensure consistent understanding of the project schedule. . -Communicate with Engineering, Graphics developers and programmers to provide feedback on quality, accuracy and standards development. -Participate in monthly meetings with Project Managers and the Branch Operations Managers to collaborate in assigning resources for all projects -Provide necessary documentation and communication to all customer levels, sub-contractors (when necessary), and ALC Department Management as well as ensure that the appropriate members of the field operations department do so. -Field Supervisor’s will continue to provide technical assistance when needed. When workload dictates, they will be able to utilize other FE’s to meet the project schedule. -Participate in peer reviews, turnover meetings, post mortem meetings and close out meetings as required. -Follow up on all daily log collection (Cora PPM) for the Field Engineers working for you and ensure timely delivery to New Construction Administration and Project Managers. -Continuously monitor work being performed by FE to ensure Quality Control. Provide continuous feedback to direct reports regarding performance, budgets and quality. Escalate any personnel concerns and proactively manage expectations of employees. -Participate in and conduct interviews with potential candidates -Ensure proper time utilization from timesheet collection, site visits, and daily logs in Cora PPM. -Attends seminars, enrolls in self-study courses, and undertakes other self-improvement measures to maintain proficiency and improve job performance. -Lead, document, and participate in yearly and semi-yearly performance reviews for all of your employees -Help develop and improve company standards.

What You Bring

-Must have good understanding of systems software to read, test and make changes to logic as needed. -Good working knowledge with all WebCTRL software functions and utilities. -Professionally represent Automated Logic in meetings and always be proactive in defending the company’s best interest. Always be prepared for meetings, have the answers to questions that you know will be asked, and have the appropriate back-up personnel in attendance when necessary. -Able to read and understand Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical blueprints. -Able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. -Must be well organized with good time management skills. This position requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. -Basic experience with Microsoft software products to include: Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Windows products when required. -Be able to utilize Cora PPM to generate reports, spreadsheets, and schedules when necessary. -Able to create, download, and troubleshoot basic HVAC system logic using WebCTRL and associated software. -2+ years of experience in the HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls industry -Thoroughly understand project budgets for negotiated projects that are executed by the Field Supervisor’s team. -Experience with Automated Logic software to include: WebCtrl, SiteBuilder, ViewBuilder, LogicBuilder, InterOp 3.02, Alert, Draw, EDB, Eikon and Supervision. -Background in mechanical and HVAC system operation and design a plus -Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs. -Clean and valid driver’s license -Field Supervisor will be or become proficient on all necessary ALC programming and graphical work for their assigned projects -Experience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines. -Expert of control sequences for operation and control of mechanical equipment -Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of relevant experience. -Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks including wireless technology, including layout and troubleshooting. -1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel. -Ability to travel regionally with an occasional overnight stay. -Field experience and an understanding of the installation and operation of Automated Logic Controls and ability to understand/navigate third party control systems and integrations. -High School Diploma or GED
