Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Overview

Design solar and storage projects, create detailed drawings, and manage from design to commissioning.

Tasks

-Prepare as-built layouts and drawing packages. -Produce accurate and detailed drawing packs for all project stages. -Aid on-site teams in construction of all required assets and installations. -Support all other engineering teams in production of technical drawings. -Provide constant input into project value, design and engineering. -Perform regular site-visits for all assigned sites. -Adhere to all company policies/procedures, and codes of business ethics including; anti-bribery and QHSE policies. -Create preliminary layout drawings for technical offer returns by ascertaining all relevant site aspects from client supplied reports and further investigation. -Take direct ownership of PV and BESS projects from acceptance to energisation.

What You Bring

-Experience with Helios, PVCase, PVDesign or equivalent (desirable). -A strong understanding of CAD softwares (AutoCAD, Civil3D or similar) -Familiarity with OS mapping and land registry. -Knowledge of Energy Storage Systems (desirable). -Versatile and forward thinking when problem solving. -Proven experience in self-coordination and organisation of work.
