Tasks

-Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale software -Verify load details, issue accurate tickets, and maintain daily scale records -Support the Plant Manager with daily reports and load reconciliations -Regular interaction with drivers, equipment operators, and operations staff -Provide excellent customer service while maintaining site safety and compliance -Communicate with truck drivers, loaders, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring

-Based in a climate-controlled scale house on an active quarry or crushing site -Professional, courteous communication with drivers and team members -Basic computer skills (experience with scale software a plus) -Experience in construction, aggregates, or material handling preferred -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping -Standard daytime schedule; occasional overtime during peak demand periods
