Tasks

-Processing task extensions, mitigations, and Paymec transactions within Concept Evolution. -Managing and prioritising Help Desk tickets, coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure timely resolutions. -Scheduling and tracking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring compliance and accurate CAFM records. -You can analyse data, produce accurate reports, and support strategic decision-making. -Producing monthly reports on system performance, task completion, and key operational metrics. -Promoting a strong safety culture through adherence to Kier's SHE 5 Basics, NOVADE reporting and Golden Hour principles.

What You Bring

-You have proven administrative experience, ideally within Facilities Management or using CAFM systems such as Concept Evolution. -You're organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously. -You're an effective communicator who can liaise confidently with engineers, managers, and external partners.
