Tasks

-Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. -Ensure adherence to Qatar Civil Defense and international standards for mechanical systems. -Review and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and compliance with Qatar regulations. -Support FM projects by providing technical expertise in mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning. -Oversee and manage mechanical systems within facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. -Implement health and safety protocols during maintenance and project execution. -Ensure proper execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. -Prepare technical reports and recommendations for system improvements. -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset performance, and compliance reports.

What You Bring

-Experience in energy efficiency projects and sustainability initiatives. -Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. -Preferred: Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent. -Familiarity with SFG20 standards, ISO FM standards, and Qatar regulatory requirements. -Overall 10+ years of experience in civil engineering roles, preferably in FM. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of MEP coordination and asset lifecycle management. -BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering. -Proficiency in CAFM systems, MS Office, and AutoCAD. -Minimum 3 years in the same position within Facilities Management.
