Manage land access, consents and liaison with stakeholders for utilities projects.

Tasks

-Ensure all parties are kept updated and report on requirements by working closely with key stakeholders and their subcontractors, providing client updates through IT systems and meetings -Manage liaison activities with clients, contractors, landowners, farmers, occupiers and other stakeholders in support of client objectives -Obtain agreements/consents, evidencing condition of land before entry -Advise and agree reinstatement of land and deal with agricultural loss claims -Ensure good record keeping in the team to monitor and review progress, provide regular client updates and ensure accurate billing -Carry out work in compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies -Maintain and improve own knowledge and skills through company run training -Support and provide constructive line management to own direct reports, engaging in regular progress review and feedback meetings and delegating tasks effectively -Arrange access to private land -Work closely with the project teams, often operating from the project/client site -Ensure the team proactively engages with landowners and occupiers on site as required projecting a professional image of the client and DM
