- Define and confirm project scopes in line with client requirements and relevant fire safety standards.
- Monitor progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources and share project updates.
- Source, vet, and appoint contractors for fire stopping and fire door works.
- Ensure contractor compliance with health & safety regulations and fire safety legislation.
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess progress, quality, and compliance.
- Review and sign off on completion reports and ensure all certification and supporting documents are received.
- Manage project documentation, including RAMS, permits, and installation records.

- FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation or experience working with certified contractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fire stopping and fire door regulations (e.g., BS 476, BS EN 1634, BM TRADA).
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or other health and safety certification (would be advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to (if required).
- Proven experience in project management, compliance, or fire safety-related projects.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
