The Role

Overview

Install, service, and maintain fire sprinkler systems for commercial/industrial sites.

Tasks

-Plan installation/repair sequence to minimize impact on customer activities. -Identify and communicate necessary changes to proposed work to Field Supervisor. -Verify and select materials according to job specifications, tracking and communicating material needs. -Upholds Eagle Fire's reputation in all transactions. -Organize and prepare materials and equipment for job sites. -Cut, thread, and bend pipes, joining and securing them using proper standards and techniques. -Follow manufacturer instructions, codes/standards, and Company policies. -Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and design specifications. -Complete layout, fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of fixed fire protection systems. -Interpret blueprints for proper system installation, repair, and maintenance. -Maintains clean and neat job sites.

What You Bring

-Self-starter, able to work independently -Excellent customer service skills -Comfortable working in various temperature conditions and exposure to loud sounds -Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendor certifications. -Complete continuing education for required certifications/licenses. -Fire Sprinkler Manufacturer's Certifications -2+ years of industry experience in Sprinkler Install and Service on Wet, Dry, Pre-action and Deluge systems. -Willingness to travel and stay out of town as needed -Fluent in English, effective communication skills -Ability to stand for long periods, lift, crouch, reach, handle, push, and pull -Experience with trade tools and equipment such as pipe threader and groover -Has practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards -NICET certification -Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the last 5 years
