Tasks

-Contribute to site meetings and project planning -Drive productivity and positive culture on-site -Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, and consultants -Ensure compliance with company and WHS standards -Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics -Work on a mix of high-quality local projects -Oversee daily site operations, safety, and quality control -Monitor progress and maintain construction programs

What You Bring

-Trade background preferred (Carpentry highly regarded) -Canberra or ACT-based, or willing to relocate -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Strong understanding of safety, quality, and site processes -5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in commercial construction -Ability to read drawings and manage subcontractors effectively -Strong pipeline of upcoming Canberra-based work -Experience managing new builds, refurbishments, or fit-outs up to $20M
