  • Maintaining executive level relationships with key software partners.
  • Maintaining and executing a project wide BIM strategy based on a Project BIM Execution Plan that is fully compliant with client requirements.
  • Coordinating with design/engineer and all trade sub-contractors.
  • Harmonizing BIM/VDC activities across all project disciplines.
  • Leading design/trade model coordination reviews.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of BIM coordinators.
  • Approving BIM policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Participating and contributing to project reviews involving design, constructability, schedule, and field operations.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of the following software programs – Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 Field, BIM 360 Glue, BIMTrack, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) including plant/infrastructure modeling, data exchange protocols, schedule integration with plant/infrastructure models, facilities management and/or enterprise management software applications.
  • Familiarity with reality capture practices and data processing involving laser scanning and drone aerial data capture.
  • Industrial experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with infrastructure, heavy industrial and/or power generation projects.
  • BS degree in either, Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Cross-functional experience in at least two of the following functions - architecture, engineering/design, construction, scheduling, software management, and/or commissioning.
  • Familiarity with the following software programs - Primavera (Oracle P6), Microsoft Project, Synchro PRO, Assemble, and Projectwise.
  • Appropriate professional licensure or registration.
  • Multi-discipline experience with process mechanical systems, civil infrastructure systems and structural systems a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction project delivery experience.
  • Background in the water and wastewater treatment and conveyance industries.
  • Experience in preparing BIM Execution Plans for Infrastructure and/or Plant construction projects.
  • EPC and/or Design-Build experience preferred.
