What You Bring

-A growing understanding of design and construction specifications and their function -High school graduate or equivalent -Basic understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to a circuit or a link between devices and equipment -Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom and audio-visual systems -Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software -Understanding of data center environments -Experience following client design and modeling standards -Effective written and verbal communication skills -At least 3 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD design experience -Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems, fire alarms, access control, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) -Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided mark-ups and/or verbal direction requests -At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry -Knowledge of control systems, network components and topology -At least 3 years of BIM design experience
