Tasks

We are looking for a motivated Junior Interior Designer to support our senior designers and project teams in creating beautiful and functional interior spaces. You’ll assist in design development, prepare drawings, coordinate with various teams, and help ensure projects are completed smoothly from concept to execution. You will also interact directly with clients to understand their needs and support ongoing communication throughout the project. -Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address queries under senior supervision. -Prepare and update detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using design software. -Collaborate with junior team members and site coordinators for smooth project execution. -Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and site teams to support project delivery. -Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for materials and services. -Help manage timelines, material selections, and sourcing under guidance. -Prepare and manage quotations and follow up with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. -Assist senior designers with design concepts, mood boards, and presentations. -Participate in site visits to understand project progress and support quality control.

What You Bring

Required Software Skills Experience Required: 1–3 Years -Team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Good eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for design. -Strong communication skills with confidence in client interaction. -Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. -Microsoft Excel -1 to 3 years of professional experience in interior design. -Ability to manage quotations and vendor coordination efficiently. -Adobe Photoshop
