Revit Drafter / CAD Manager (Aquatic Design)

Overview

Draft and manage Revit/BIM models for aquatic design projects, including pools and MEP systems.

Tasks

-3D modeling and drafting of Pool structures, Piping, & Mechanical Systems. -Shared Components for accurate takeoffs. -Assist in the development and publication of construction documents for Aquatic projects. -Meet daily with supervisors to discuss project timelines and updates. -Maintain BIM library with up-to-date products and associated shared families. -Maintain Revit Standards for all texts, lines, regions, dimensions, and models.

What You Bring

-3D view, Drafting View, and Sheet Space awareness. -Positive attitude and work ethic. -Ladder/Grab Rail assemblies (including shared families: anchors, escutcheons, etc..) -Must be a self-motivated and reliable person with a desire to learn. -Pumps, Strainers, and Valves (including shared families: flanges, bolt kits, etc.. -Parametric Parameters for Custom Products. -General understanding of the construction process to layer information appropriately. -Proficient use of standard office software – Excel, Office, Adobe. -Open to +2-10yr experienced positions with room for growth. -Ability to meet and exceed BIM Level of Development 350 or greater. -Open to entry-level or experienced positions with room for growth. -Able to work independently and with others to achieve team goals. -3D Generic Modeling, Levels, and Reference planes. -Ability to generate site-specific material takeoffs and shop drawings. -Detailed Geometry. -Revit 2018 -2023 proficiency. -AutoCAD proficiency – the ability to draft, edit, import/link and interpret files. -Ability to design and manage multiple on-going projects.
