What You Bring

Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation Proven experience in land acquisition for solar or utility projects Familiarity with Michigan’s rural markets and landowner landscape We’re hiring a full-time Land Agent to support a utility-scale solar development project across the state of Michigan. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone experienced in land acquisition who can engage professionally with landowners, negotiate agreements, and help secure land for renewable energy in the region. Local candidates are preferred, but per diem is available for agents traveling into the area. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible) Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to travel across the state as needed -Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation -Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills -Familiarity with Michigan’s rural markets and landowner landscape -Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. -This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible) -Proven experience in land acquisition for solar or utility projects -Ability to travel across the state as needed
