Tasks

The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the new home sales team, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism. This individual will collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, construction, and design teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and enhance the buyer experience. This position unlike a lot of sales mangement roles within homebuilding does not require much travel between communities. Most of the work will be done from one large master planned community. Relocation will be considered. -Support agents in complex negotiations and customer interactions to ensure an exceptional buying experience. -Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of new home sales agents to achieve community and company-wide sales goals. -Maintain a deep understanding of current market conditions, competitors, and buyer demographics in the Tucson area. -Represent the company professionally at community events, realtor functions, and networking opportunities. -Collaborate with construction and design teams to stay current on product offerings, timelines, and feature updates. -Develop and execute sales strategies, training programs, and performance plans to ensure consistent productivity and growth. -Monitor traffic, conversion ratios, and community performance; prepare regular reports for leadership. -Partner with marketing to ensure effective promotional strategies, events, and digital campaigns drive qualified leads. -Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our talented team of six new home sales professionals and drive continued success in our communities. Keywords, Tucson, homebuilder, sales management, active adult, senior living, resort development, new homes sales. -Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the homebuilding industry. -Minimum 5 years of new home sales experience; at least 2 years in a management or team leadership role either within home sales or another sales management type role.. -Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills. -Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. -Comprehensive knowledge of the Tucson housing market and surrounding areas. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. -Current Arizona Real Estate License required (or ability to obtain).
