Tasks

-Schedule contractors and required equipment. -Communicate onsite engineering questions to project management as needed. -Schedule and run/attend job meetings. -Manage Field Representatives and Project Managers. -Review shop drawings, render design drawings, and supervise the build phase. -Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the client. -Troubleshoot all phases of heavy construction and operations work. -Oversee onsite quality including, inspection of work, sign-offs, review of subcontractors' QA/QC programs and coordinate with subcontractors' Quality supervisors. -Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions -Ensure satisfactory completion of construction activities with project schedule. -Generate pay applications, work directives, change orders, cost summary estimates, bid tabs, and project cost schedules.

What You Bring

-Experience with water or sewer utility experience is required. -Certified Construction Manager (CCM) as plus -Bachelor's or Technical Degree preferred. -10+ years experience in Construction Management. -Authorized to resolve onsite questions and use judgment to determine if engineering input is required. -Project/construction engineering background dealing with medium and large construction projects and design engineering. -Experience in water and sewer utility construction is required
