Tasks

-Prepare and review RAMS, WPPs, and site documentation. -Liaise with Network Rail, clients, and subcontractors. -Manage and coordinate rail vegetation and structure clearance works. -Lead on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. -Support planning, resourcing, and material procurement. -Carry out site inspections, audits, and progress reporting.

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead vegetation management and structure clearance works across the rail network. This hybrid role combines site leadership with remote project coordination perfect for someone who thrives in both operational and planning environments. -First Aid qualification. -Environmental or Arboricultural background. -Proven Site Manager experience in rail -SMSTS or equivalent. -Strong leadership and communication skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing. -Familiarity with Network Rail systems. -PTS certification. -Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel. -Knowledge of vegetation management and HSE/CDM standards.
