Tasks
-Support upgrades to JIRA-based services and network auditing tools -Assist with desktop imaging system enhancements -Assist in implementing network performance monitoring systems -Support the deployment of end-point security and white-listing solutions -Contribute to the administration of virtualisation environments -Contribute to core hardware refresh activities -Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentoring of permanent staff -Support upgrades of Linux-based systems -Maintain and update system documentation -Assist in implementing logging and network security systems -Provide network support to Commonwealth stakeholders

What You Bring
-Understanding of Electronic Warfare concepts (desirable) -Strong Windows and Linux administration skills -Experience with VMware, NetApp storage, and SQL Server -Relevant ICT qualifications in network administration -Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively -Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities -Expertise in JIRA administration -Strong communication and customer service skills -Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar ICT role -Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience
