Overview
Drive BEMS sales, acquire new clients, and grow revenue in the North West region

Tasks
-Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback -Meet and exceed both short-term revenue goals as well as build consistent long-term revenue potential -Presenting our BEMS solutions to clients and effectively articulating the value proposition -Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions -Quoting for new Services and Contract Uplifts in line with the company's commercial Standards -Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers -Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends -Create a strategic sales plan designed to identify potential clients who may (or should) be looking for support with their buildings, whether this be with energy management or their building's energy management systems (BEMS) -The primary focus will be to generate new business by acquiring new customers whilst also increasing opportunities with existing clients

What You Bring
-It would be beneficial if you have relevant experience in Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) complementary Building Management Services or Facilities Management, or a mechanical and electrical background -You will be organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload. -You’ll be an excellent communicator both written and verbally. -A proven track record in sales and business development -The ability to create and develop strong working relationships with potential new customers. -Sales driven and customer-focused. -It is essential that you hold a full driving license and are located within travelling distance of the Midlands & North West.
