Overview
Collect field utility distribution data using mobile devices, travel, and inspections.

Tasks
-Utilize smartphones and/or tablets to collect and document relevant data accurately and efficiently. -Correctly identify items to be documented in the field with minimal supervisory assistance. -Complete detailed assessments that are accurate to the field conditions presented. -Utilize GPS software and/or geospatial coordinates to navigate the assigned territory and client sites. -Accurately record data using correct standards such that the resulting analysis is clear and easily understood by office-based project personnel. -Communicate with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection procedures. -Consistently follow safety protocols and participate in all safety initiatives. -Overnight travel may be required periodically.

What You Bring
-Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug screening requirements. -Effective time management to meet deadlines and project requirements. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; strong navigational and map-reading skills. -Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate visual assessments. -Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Meets production targets and understands the importance of project deliverables and milestones. -Willingness to travel extensively within the client’s service territory, including occasional overnight travel and short-notice assignments. -Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients. -Experience in utility distribution inspections, lineman work, or similar field required. -High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus. -Ability to adapt to outdoor work environments, including varying weather and terrain conditions. -Willingness to assist in power restoration efforts in natural disaster events. -Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
