Tasks

This role sits in Data Management Team as part of Technology which is responsible for delivering Technology capability within Sanctuary Group to ensure employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties. This role reports into the Head of Data Enablement. -Own the backlog and roadmap for data products in the analytical layer of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud -Translate business requirements into analytical models and dashboards using SAC -Collaborate with Head of Data Architecture to ensure all analytical models align with Enterprise data standards, governance and data architecture principles -Support the integration of machine learning and advanced analytics into Information products -Facilitate the governance of analytical tools across the Group (e.g. Power BI, BOBJ, SAP Analytics Cloud, Python and R) -Ensure data access controls, lifecycle management and transport processes are followed in line with internal governance and SAP best practices -Document logic and calculations in Report Glossary and User Guides building shared understanding and accountability for metrics -Implement and manage data access controls, including row level security and reusable content structures, in line with SAP best practise -Work with Data Engineers, Data Modellers, Data Analysts and business stakeholders to define and prioritise features and enhancements

What You Bring

-Experience or keen interest in application of Machine Learning and AI implementation -Wellbeing support and tools -Experience leading and creating Data Literacy training -Proven experience working with Data Modelling tools and frameworks such as TOGAF, DAMA, BEAM, Kimball -Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification -Technical expertise with SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Objects -Experience leading Governance for self-service analytics -Familiarity with Regulatory Frameworks (E.g. GDPR, DPA) and data ethics
