Construction Project Manager - Retail and Commercial

Tasks

-Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory -Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors -Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion -Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses -Act as Mentor to Project Engineers to further and assist their professional growth -Review the work progress on daily basis -Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status -Analyze, manage and mitigate risks -Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques -Provide training and education to any Garrett Companies personnel as needed to ensure a successful project. -Meet contractual conditions of performance -Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs -This position is a position that a times may travel to active project sites and markets within a specified region.
