Tasks

-Be a liaison between the customer and the sub-contractors and will be responsible for coordinating all sub-contractor activities to complete each phase of construction. -Set the construction timeline on all jobs, ensure all work orders and necessary paperwork are delivered to each sub-contractor., and resolve any conflicts in scheduling. -Make an impact by increasing market share, sales revenue, and profitability.

What You Bring

-Microsoft Office; strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook -One to three years experience with home improvement/builder industry required -Strong attention to detail, able to make decisions relative to scheduling -Demonstrated time management and organizational skills required. -Exceptional customer service skills and ability to overcome customer objections required. -High school diploma/GED or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.
