Tasks

The Plumbing Draftsman – Landscape is responsible for preparing detailed plumbing and irrigation drawings for landscape projects, ensuring accurate design and coordination with other disciplines to support proper installation on-site. -Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and approvals. -Develop coordinated drawings with civil, structural, and architectural disciplines to avoid clashes. -Adhere to project timelines and submission deadlines. -Coordinate with site teams for design clarifications and resolve technical queries. -Conduct site visits, when required, to verify existing conditions or collect data. -Follow company CAD standards and ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and error-free. -Update and revise drawings based on consultant/engineer comments. -Prepare plumbing and irrigation shop drawings for landscape works (water supply, irrigation network, drainage layouts, pumping systems). -Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and local authority standards. -Drawing Revisions & Documentation

What You Bring

-Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. -Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Plumbing Draftsman, with experience in landscape or irrigation projects preferred. -Strong coordination and communication skills. -Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential). -Education: Diploma/ITI in Plumbing/Building Services/Mechanical or equivalent. -Knowledge of plumbing layouts, water supply networks, irrigation systems, drainage systems, and pumping stations. -Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. -Familiarity with local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage.
