Overview
Install and supervise specialty fixtures and accessories in commercial projects
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Ensure implementation of QA/QC program. -Assist with productivity tracking using company software. -Lead and communicate the strategy to people in your area(s) of responsibility. -At times will be responsible for assigning daily tasks to Assistant Installation Technicians; assist in on-the-job training of Assistant Installation Technicians. -Attend monthly staff meeting and/or training sessions and occasionally participate in Pre-Construction meetings. -Ensure all production levels are being met through direct reports. -Assist Pre-Construction and estimating by providing advice on schedule, site logistic plans, constructability reviews, etc. -Provide leadership for field operations including tracking and entering time into WorkMax for crew. -Properly complete work orders and provide detailed notes on work completed and materials used. -Carry and maintain files for multiple projects. -Coach, mentor, and train direct reports to become competent and skillful in their positions. -Foresee and solve potential issues before and during work being performed. -Continue to build on Swinerton’s safety culture and ensure safety training/reporting and compliance. -Load, unload, and securely store project materials on job sites. -Have a well-organized set of recurring meetings for site safety and daily tasks. -Ensure Superintendents and foremen are held accountable for QA/QC. -Participate in the strategic planning process. -Ensure the proper management of company tools and equipment through direct reports.

What You Bring
-Bathroom Accessories (Grab Bars, Toilet Paper Dispenser, Soap Dispenser, Baby Changing Tables, Etc) -Clearly understand detailed work orders and building plans to complete project installations. -Fire Extinguishers/Cabinets -Have basic knowledge of ADA specifications. -Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. -Effectively communicate with Project team as well as jobsite Subcontractor’s. -Must be able to coordinate and lead work while installing yourself. -Visual Display Boards (Marker-boards) -Must hold a valid driver’s license. -Wall Protection (FRP, Corner Guards, Etc.) -At least two years of carpentry and/or construction experience is required. -Have a vision and direction for operations. -Must be able to safely lift at least 50 lbs. -Proven ability to work effectively both independently and on a team. -Must have ability to read and understand detailed / dimensioned installation drawings.
