This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects. -Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. -Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. -Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. -Minimum 3 years of construction management experience in multifamily or industrial projects.
