Lead end-to-end user research initiatives across functional domains to guide product strategy and design decisions
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, personas, benchmarking studies, etc.) to uncover user behaviors, needs, pain points, and opportunities
Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research planning, execution, and analysis
Synthesize research data into compelling, actionable insights—through storytelling, personas, journey maps, workshops, presentations, or reports—that drive user-centric decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations for UX research (scope, effort, timelines), and foster communication and teamwork to proactively explore, ideate, validate, and socialize solutions
Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations that directly inform product strategy, design decisions, and business priorities

At minimum bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics)
Experience working in a global team is preferred
Proven track record of leading successful research initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with statistical and data analysis tools
Demonstrated experience working on complex, highly technical B2B products
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
7+ years of mixed methods research experience
Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously across multiple stakeholder groups
