Tasks

-This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. -Take full ownership of your assigned territory, including market share growth, financial performance, and strategic development of your business segment -Guide customers in product and service selection based on their unique needs, specifications, and compliance requirements -Cultivate new sales opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients -Ensure success by fostering strong post-sales relationships and driving repeat business -Decision Quality: You make thoughtful and timely decisions with the best interest of the organization in mind, prioritizing and organizing key deliverables and ensuring stakeholder buy in. -Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account and territory plans to drive sales targets

-Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -Requires at least 1 year related experience. -Situational Adaptability: You flex your approach and demeanor to suit various scenarios. You successfully shift gears as new developments and competing priorities arise – balancing routine tasks, urgent action items, and long-term projects is second nature for you. -Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. -Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. -Effective at written and verbal communication. -Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software. -Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. -Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
