Tasks

Support the Maintenance Manager with compliance, planning, and reporting Deliver and track planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and risk assessments Lead and support the maintenance team, managing tasks, performance, and training Maintain accurate digital maintenance records and reports Carry out and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance across the site You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure equipment, machinery, and facilities are well maintained and compliant. From daily supervision and technical support to driving continuous improvement, this role is key to maintaining reliability and performance across site operations.

What You Bring

IOSH or NEBOSH Managing Safely preferred Excellent organisational and communication skills Respond quickly to breakdowns, finding and fixing root causes Skilled in PLC fault finding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading technical drawings Proven experience leading or supervising a maintenance or engineering team Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills Had Fab is looking for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our site running safely and efficiently. You’ll lead a small team of maintenance engineers and technicians, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and keep production moving. Strong electrical and mechanical background (18th Edition essential)
