Tasks

-Identify and secure necessary resources (personnel, systems, tools, consultants) to deliver sustainability objectives. -Facilitate internal and external sustainability audits and reporting to support continuous improvement. -Provide advice and guidance to project leadership on sustainability risks and opportunities. -Promote sustainability awareness across project teams, ensuring staff understand and implement relevant requirements. -Champion best practice sustainability outcomes across the project. -Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress against sustainability goals and resolve any non-conformances. -Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability strategies and initiatives. -Ensure alignment with client sustainability targets and ACCIONA’s SMP2025 values. -Support Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) ratings and reporting requirements, where applicable.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver complex sustainability programs -Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline -Experience with infrastructure or large-scale construction projects is highly regarded -Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills -Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, certifications, and reporting (e.g., ISC, ISO 14001, or equivalent) -Minimum 7 years’ experience in sustainability roles within construction or infrastructure projects, ideally as a Senior Advisor or Manager
