Tasks

-Attend resident meetings, site visits, and community events to represent Equans positively. -Ensure residents’ homes are respected and protected throughout works, maintaining Equans’ high standards of service. -Learn to coordinate access arrangements, appointments, and support needs for residents. -Assist the Resident Liaison Officer and site team in maintaining strong communication links with residents, ensuring they are kept informed of project timelines and progress. -Help manage resident feedback and record interactions in line with company procedures. -Support residents during refurbishment or maintenance works, responding to questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
