The Role

Overview

Drive HVAC sales, partnerships, and project management for retrofit and tenant improvement projects

Tasks

-Quality Execution - Perform project management duties including cost and risk management, quality assurance, and timely execution. -Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort and 24/7 emergency response -Partnership - Form in-depth partnerships with customers and anticipate their needs. -Results - Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC retrofit and tenant improvement projects. -Being a trusted partner to our customers—anticipating and meeting their needs. -Building performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services, and remote monitoring -New construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices

What You Bring

-Skilled at preparing and presenting effective sales proposals. -A go-getter and problem-solver. -A strong track record of developing strategies to identify, pursue, and capture new business. -3+ years of prior sales experience. -Detail-oriented when managing in-progress projects, including forecasting, billing, cost and risk management, and quality assurance. -A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical field (a plus!). -Excellent at building relationships with internal and external customers.
